Wyoming becomes fourth state to respect Right-to-Carry without permit.(Alaska, Vermont and Arizona)

Wyoming on Wednesday became the fourth state to allow citizens to carry concealed guns without a permit, with Gov. Matt Mead signing a bill into law as several other states considered similar action.

Colorado: Right-to-Carry without permit receives preliminary approval

A bill that would allow carrying of concealed weapons without a permit gained preliminary approval in the House on Tuesday. Its sponsor, state Rep. Chris Holbert, R Parker, touted it as a way for citizens to spare the $152 fee to obtain a concealed weapon permit and the requisite procedure of applying for the permit at county sheriffs' offices, which are authorized to issue them.

A House committee voted to approve a bill Tuesday that would allow Utahns to carry a loaded, concealed weapon without a permit.
