Yesterday, in regards to the woman arrested for carrying a gun in NY, he mentioned that the woman was carrying COCAINE. Made the woman out to be a CRIMINAL. Bloomberg's quote below.
"Let's assume she didn't get arrested for carrying a gun," he said. "She probably would have gotten arrested for the cocaine that was in her pocket."Today, the report is back and the stuff in her pocketbook was not cocaine. (I suspect it was candy dust from Necco wafers) He also didn't say alleged cocaine! I hope she sues his ass off!!
AssHat, AssHat, AssHat, AssHat!
Now in some good news, politicians for the State are looking to maybe change the laws.
Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver (D-Manhattan), the state’s second-most powerful Democrat, said yesterday that he will have “a committee hold a hearing on this question, to see how exactly the law is being enforced and to look at the possibility that there should be changes in the law.’’How about recognizing RECIPROCITY, bud?!!?!?!?!?
The changes could include tweaking the law to allow leniency for people with guns registered in other states who mistakenly bring their weapons to New York.
Meredith Graves, 39, tried to check in her loaded .32-caliber Kel-Tec firearm with a cop at the memorial after noticing a “No Guns” sign on Dec. 22. She has a permit in Tennessee for the pistol.
